On 26 February, H.E. Consul General Wang Yu attended the  "Nihao! China" 2025 China Ice and Snow Theme Tourism Overseas Promotion Season event in Sydney and delivered a speech. Zhang Weiguo, Director of the Network of International Culturalink Entities, Dean Long, CEO of the Australian Tourism Industry Association, Wang Aiqin, Director of the Department of Culture and Tourism of Shanxi Province, and more than 100 guests from the Australian tourism industry and news media attended the event. 

 Wang Yu said in his speech that China has diverse, charming and magnificent winter landscapes. The successful hosting of the Beijing Winter Olympics and the Harbin Asian Winter Games not only demonstrated China's profound ice and snow culture, but also aroused the world's strong interest in China's winter tourism. This event provides a good opportunity for China and Australia, China and New South Wales to deepen cooperation in winter tourism, sports and culture. 

 Shanxi Province, Heilongjiang Province and Lhasa City introduced winter tourism resources through exquisite pictures and videos. Australian Ice and Snow Tourism Expo, Wendy Wu Tours, and Australian ski travel agent were invited to make promotions on China's ice and snow tourism.
