China pursues a mutually beneficial openness strategy, and opens up wider at a higher level. We are implementing International Science and Technology Cooperation Initiative.  In doing so, we can jointly build an open, fair, equitable and non-discriminatory environment for scientific and technological advances and forge a global science and technology community. Science knows no border, and innovation has no limits.
