New Visa Application Form Adopted

As instructed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China, from June 1, 2011, the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Sydney will start using new Visa Application Form, the old version can still be accepted until June 30, 2011. Please print the form double-sided after downloading and fill in the form clearly and completely according to the instruction.
