Chinese Consulate General's Position on the Daily Telegraph Article

2020-04-28 07:11

On 27 April, Sydney’s Daily Telegraph published an article, making up the so-called "activities and events" within the Chinese Consulate General in Sydney. The content is ridiculous and challenges the moral bottom line. It is not worth wasting time to refute it.

China has made important progress in the prevention and control of COVID-19, accumulating experiences and buying time for other countries to fight the pandemic. This is an objective fact that cannot be denied and one that is universally appreciated by the international community. Attempts by individual media organizations to spread false information and "stigmatize" China by fabricating stories are doomed to failure.
